On April 10, Nelson County High School and students in Mike Fanelli’s automotive technology were getting a sneak peak at the bike that was built as a memorial to the 32 students killed last year at Virginia Tech.

Nelson County’s general fund budget for fiscal year 2009 is $29.9 million. 

Dennis and Cathy Hunt, of Amherst, spent the past two years turning the old Rockfish Valley School into the Dogwood Restaurant, which opened in Nellysford along Virginia 151 in February.
