Kristin Michelle Lindsay and Casey Joe Brooks were married on Oct. 6 at Fishersville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Roy White officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Allen Pugh of Afton and David L. Lindsay of Virginia Beach.
The groom is the son of Sally G. Brooks and the late Robert L. Brooks of Schuyler.
The bride was given in marriage by her step-father
Emily A. Armentrout of Staunton, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Trena L. Booth of Afton, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Erin E. Armentrout of Fishersville and Lauren M. Cash of Virginia Beach, both cousins of the bride.
Trinity N. Farmer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Booth, was flower girl and Waylon Coffey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Coffey, was ring bearer.
Best man was Kevin Coffey of Waynesboro, friend of the groom. Groomsman was Randy Booth of Afton, friend of the groom.
The reception was held at the Rockfish Valley Fire Department.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Stuarts Draft High School and is employed by the University of Virginia Hospital Outpatient Surgery Center.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Nelson County High School and is employed by Buck Creek Nursery.
The couple resides in Afton.
