On behalf of the Pedlar Fire Department and Rescue Squad, we say “thank you” for your support on Community Day.
A special thanks goes to Dr. Bill Brown for his tireless effort in preparing the meat. Also a special thanks to Flowers Bakery, Frito Lay, Wal-Mart, Ogden’s Grocery, Joe Damiano, Keith Kendrick, 3 M’s, Deer Creek Boys and the Little Mountain Boys, the Sheriff’s Department, Hill Hardware, the Ladies Auxiliary and Tim Mayberry. The hard work of the “Dept’s” is greatly appreciated.
Your support enables us to serve the community better with the latest equipment.

Editorial Staff, just what is an Amherst County letter to the editor doing in the Nelson County Times, while you sit on other letters to the editor from Nelson County residents.
This new editor for the Nelson County Times is about the worst editorial staff every at the Nelson County Times.
